I used to consume beef almost everyday, and having it taken away so suddenly was tough on me personally. Practically as bad was the prohibition of alcoholic beverages. More than once I was tempted to drink, but then I pushed myself to recall the pain I had felt just some weeks before and that somewhat helped. I ended spending time with my buddies for a bit, in order to minimize temptation.
However, having to do exercise was probably the most enjoyable part of the complete natural detox program. At first it was difficult, but when I joined a group that played basketball, I actually got into it. The very first games I couldn't hold more than a quarter without having to call it quits. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the competitive part of the game and I kept trying harder and harder. Although I never ever became an excellent player, I started to look forward to each and every game, just for the excitement of it. Today, I can outrun everyone else at the workplace, despite the fact that it's not a skill that my boss especially values.
One of the components of the detox program that I had trouble complying with was finding sufficient rest. Since the detox program didn't include taking sick leave, I needed to keep on working and catch up with my tasks. And when I arrived home I often experienced like going to sleep early was a waste of time that could have been used on watching TV or studying or spending some time with my children. Fortunately, my spouse was extremely supportive and took good care of the kids while I got some extra sleep.
In the end of the detox cleanse program, I seemed like a completely different individual. Actually, I kept many of the habits that I picked up with the detox program, like playing basketball. Except now I practice with my kids on weekends only. I keep drinking water, and despite the fact that I started drinking and consuming pork again, the quantities I consume now are much more reasonable than what I used to consume within the past.
But most importantly, I feel better realizing that my hardworking liver is considerably less likely to fail and suffer a severe illness. I truly recommend the experience to absolutely everyone who wants to feel much better and live longer for the sake of their family.
